Nasir Yagiz’s health continues to deteriorate on day 144 of his indefinite non-alternating hunger strike in Hewler.
The hunger strikes in Southern Kurdistan demanding an end to the isolation imposed upon Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan continue with determination.
Nasir Yagiz is on day 144 of his hunger strike, Fadile Tok is on day 84, and Herem Mehmud and Gulebax Celal on day 28.
Nasir Yagiz’s health continues to deteriorate on day 144 of his indefinite non-alternating hunger strike in Hewler. The alternating hunger strike in the HDP representation office also continues with the 72nd group. UK’s Socialist Workers Party member Steve Clark and Iceland’s Left-Green Movement member Ogmundur Jonasson visited the hunger strikers and learned about their current situation.
Ishtar Assembly Coordination Member Fadile Tok’s hunger strike in the Maxmur Camp continues on day 84 as the indefinite alternating hunger strike is taken over by the 39th group this week. The activists stressed that they will continue the resistance until the isolation is ended.
The indefinite alternating hunger strike launched in the Mesopotamia Workers’ Association in Sulaymaniyah on December 12 to end the isolation imposed upon Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan continues on day 121.
The short term hunger strike continues with the 61st group. The activists called on political parties and all conscious circles to support the resistance.
Meanwhile, Herem Mehmud is on day 49 of his indefinite nonalternating hunger strike and Azadi Movement’s Germiyan Regional Assembly Member Gulebax Celal is on day 28.
